中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯4月8日消息， Accendo市场公司的马克.基姆西表示，荷兰皇家壳牌有限公司同意以470亿英镑收购英国天然气集团（BG），该交易可能会进一步推动石油行业整合。过去一年来油价下跌令一些个股遭遇沉重打击，其估值现在显然非常具有吸引力。去年BG股价下跌30%，图洛石油公司股价下跌65%，Premier石油公司股价跌55%，Petrofac公司股价跌20%。而相比之下行业巨头英国石油公司(BP)和壳牌同期仅跌10%，使其成为了石油行业的“捕食者”而非“猎物”。

　　[Dow Jones]--Royal Dutch Shell has agreed to buy BG Group for GBP47 billion, a deal that will likely prompt further sector consolidation, says Marc Kimsey at Accendo Markets. "The decline in oil price over the past year has battered some stocks which are clearly now looking attractive. In the last year BG shares fell 30%, shares in Tullow Oil have fallen 65%, Premier Oil down 55%, and Petrofac down 20%." Adds that by comparison sector giants BP and Royal Dutch Shell have only shed 10% over the same period leaving them in the position of "predator rather than prey."
